Black Maremma - Pecorino aged in the ancient way
Ripened for almost 30 days following traditional methods, the Maremma nero takes its name from the thin rind colored coal-black. It has a friable, pale white interior and a mild taste with hints of nuts and dried fruit.
Enjoy it as a table cheese with some full-bodied red wine.
