The pecorino L'Etrusco is an intensive and classical tasty cheese that is produced every year in our company.
Usually it is colored in red or black. The thin rind covers the delicate center with its white friable structure and a taste that is related at its ripening. The fresh cheese has a soft flavor of milk but more the cheese is matured the taste becomes more intensive and spicy.
Thanks to its special balance this cheese is perfect pure on a cheeseboard, for snack and antipasti, in salad or traditionally with some honey or jam.
Delicious in combination with red or white wine.
