Gran Morbido



This soft and elastic sheep's milk cheese has a very slightly rind that develops a white fragile interior with a flavor that remembers the fields in spring.

 

The mouth melting freshness of this young pecorino tempt to enjoy slice after slice.  Gran Morbido is used as a table cheese with some extra virgin olive oil and for preparing delicious sandwich, flat bread or salads.
