Goat's milk cheese



The goat's milk cheese is probably is oldest and ancient of all cheeses. It was already part of the human diet before the discovery of cheeses from sheep's and cow's milk and it is also today very famous mostly for its special taste and its high digestibility. Goat's cheese offers also excellent nutrional values, contains more iron and calcium than cow's milk products. 

 

the thin white rind keeps a elastic texture with tiny eyes that donates a delicate and typical taste to the palate.

 

Enjoy at room temperature at any moment of the day on a cheese board, as a snack, with some crunchy bread or as antipasti with some seasoned vegetables. Serve it with white wine or fresh beer.
