Pecorino and black pepper is the most common combination for flavored cheeses. The cheese combines the spicy flavor of organic black pepper with the soft and delicate taste of fresh natural sheep's milk from organic farming.

 

The thin white rind is sprinkled with black pepper and keeps a soft and very well balanced interior with an elegant taste.

 

One of the most famous dishes of Rome is called "Cacio e Pepe" what means a dish of pasta with cheese and pepper and is used to be prepared at nearly any moment of the day.
