Elaborate cheese made from a mixture of sheep's and cow's milk with addition of red chilli pepper.
Its delicious taste of milk pairs perfectly with the spicy heat of red chili peppers. Different from the pecorino with red chili peppers the mixed cheese has a friable texture and a softer taste of milk.
Great when served as a table cheese.
